Are your products physical or digital?

Most of our products are digital downloads, which means you’ll receive your files instantly after purchase nothing will be shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll see a download link on the checkout page and receive an email with your files. However, some items such as BuildHer apparel, mugs, tote bags, and other merchandise are print-on-demand physical products. Those items are custom printed and shipped directly to you through our trusted production partners.

What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a mix of digital downloads and custom print-on-demand products designed to help childcare providers, educators, and business owners stay confident, organized, and professional Digital Products: Templates, handbooks, contracts, guides, and resources Print-On-Demand Products: Apparel, mugs, and gifts are produced through Printful. Every item is created with faith, care, and excellence to support your childcare journey.

What’s the difference between editable and non-editable files?

Editable Files: Canva templates you can open and customize with your own text, colors, and images. (A free Canva account works perfectly.) Non-Editable Files: Ready-to-use PDFs or JPGs that you can download and print right away with no editing required. Some products, such as handbooks or policy manuals, are editable only so you can personalize them for your business.

How do I access my downloads?

After purchase, you’ll see a download link at checkout and receive an email with your files. If your purchase includes an editable Canva template, it will open directly in Canva when you click the link.

Can I use the files on my phone or tablet?

Yes! You can open and edit Canva templates on your phone or tablet just make sure you’re logged into your Canva account before opening the link. However, for the best design experience (especially for detailed edits and printing), we recommend using a computer or laptop. If you ever have trouble opening your file, reach out to us and we’ll send you a fresh link right away.

Can I print the files?

Yes! All files are high-resolution and print-ready. You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. Tip: For the best results, select “Actual Size” in your printer settings.

How long does it take for print-on-demand items to ship?

All print-on-demand items are made to order. Processing Time: 3–5 business days
U.S. Orders: 7–14 business days. International Orders: 10–21 business days During holidays or busy seasons, please allow extra time for production and delivery.

Can I return or exchange print-on-demand orders?

Because each item is custom printed, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there’s a printing or manufacturing error. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos & we’ll replace it at no cost.

Can I get a refund for digital items?

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you experience any issue accessing your Canva or Google Drive files, contact us immediately — we’ll make sure you can open and use your product.

License & Usage Options

Each digital product includes a single-use personal or business license. You may:
Edit and use the product for your own childcare, classroom, or business. You may not: Resell, redistribute, or share editable files or links.

How long does it take to hear back?

All messages are personally handled by Shakirah Crews. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response (excluding weekends and holidays).

Can I request a custom or bulk order?

Yes! We create custom childcare forms, handbooks, and print designs. Send us a message with your request and we’ll be happy to provide a quote and design your project.
